This year saw the launch of Global Business Compass – an online hub of courses and resources to help individuals and teams work more effectively across borders. With the increasing internationalisation of organisations, and businesses working with other businesses all across the globe, having strong business culture skills and knowledge has never been more important.

Several well-known organisations have licensed access to the platform since it’s launch. To continue it’s ongoing development we were commissioned to develop an innovative way of helping learners navigate through the wealth of content available to them.

As such, we recently launched personalised learning journeys as an additional feature. Upon answering a number of quick questions, learners are presented with a tailored pathway through the library of content to help them develop their skills effectively.

Rather than leaving learners to work out what’s most relevant to them, Global Business Compass now understands a learner’s interests, their work situation, their existing skills and career aspirations and presents them with a guided route through the materials.

Since launching, many personal learning journeys have been created, adding real value to the offering. This has given the client fantastic intelligence which can be used to guide future product development plans.

If you want to find out how we can help your training company create an online offering that stands out from the crowd, simply get in touch.
